Communication wasn’t well at all. My realtors calls were ignored on multiple occasions when it came to getting updates. Stephanie who was handling our file was awesome but at times it seemed as though she was a scapegoat for the offices miscommunication and lack of effort. Only thing received was reassurance that everyone was working diligently on the file but other than that it wasn’t the best experience. I’m well aware of how the home buying process is but this was by far the worse experience. Took the joy out of closing.... read more
