Communication wasn’t well at all. My realtors calls were ignored on multiple occasions when it came to getting updates. Stephanie who was handling our file was awesome but at times it seemed as though she was a scapegoat for the offices miscommunication and lack of effort. Only thing received was reassurance that everyone was working diligently on the file but other than that it wasn’t the best experience.
