RecommendedHow do I call 2 hours in advance and set up a time to get my pizza and it's still not ready? Then for your employee to get rude and nasty with me for being upset. Ordered food for delivery and waited an hour and 10 minutes for cold food. The manager, Josh was extremely rude when my husband called to complain. 15 years of service and will never go back after that! Awful!
Yesterday, my boyfriend called Franco's Pizza on Eggert. Up until this point, this was the place we called for pizza, wings, cheesy garlic bread sticks, etc. He tried to place an order for delivery, but was told they don't deliver to our house. Which was odd cause they have delivered here plenty of times. He hung up. So I called back thinking this must be an error or maybe they weren't delivering because of the hour. I hate the customer service , she make mistake two time in my order , I order for pickup n gat food after 1 h 30 m .
The guy on the phone took my phone number down wrong and when I went to pick it up they said that no order has been placed with my phone number. I told them what my order was and they would not even check the orders waiting to be picked up. They said I must have called another location.
Screwed up our order tonight, not to mention the croutons on the salad were stale as all get out. And not to mention the correct order was on the receipt but was still sent a completely different thing. Never ordering from here again
