I recently refinanced my house working with Frank and Marcy. They were unbelievable to work with as they were were when we originally purchased our house over a year ago. Fine. Paying 1 point to reduce the interest by 0.75% didn't make sense since I plan to hold the mortgage for less than a year. A number of documents were requested in the last week, it would have been much easier to acquire them earlier in the process.
I trust my clients with Frank 100%. Not only is he professional and extremely knowledgeable he truly cares for each and every client.
