I have been a patient for almost ten years and I was very satisfied. But last week they called to tell me my insurance did not cover my third cleaning in 2021 and I owed them about $170. Up until a few years ago I only made two appointments a year for cleaning; then the hygienist told me my federal plan allowed for three cleanings annually and they began scheduling on that basis.
