Please do not choose this dentist if you have anxiety or any kind of fear of the dentist. The receptionists are great, but the dentist himself (I had the unfortunate experience of being one of Patel’s patients) will barely communicate with you at all and make no effort to even keep the needles etc out of view. Not even a second of consideration for the comfort of the patient. Worst dentist office ever! So unprofessional! Paid for a spacer to be put in, it came out of my sons mouth and they will not put it back in.

Ce cabinet de dentiste proclame qu'il offre un service bilingue, mais quand il est question d'obtenir du service en français... c'est quasi impossible. Je suis très déçue d'avoir fait affaire avec ce centre, car depuis le début des mes traitements dentaires, je n'ai jamais reçu de service en français. Heureusement qu'il y a parfois la réceptionniste qui parle français pour dépanner, mais en ce qui concerne les assurances, le service de nettoyage et d'orthodontie, j'ai dû toujours m'adapter à eux afin de me faire comprendre d... read more

I got a retainer and bite plate here (because I grind my teeth) less than a year ago. 7 months later, a hole started to form in my retainer, so I went back to have them replace it once they re-opened from COVID-19. I was then told there was no warranty on my retainers and I'd have to pay to replace it, even though all I did was wear the retainer as instructed (I've been wearing retainers nearly my entire life, and have never had this happen). I have just recently taken my oldest son to this dentist office and I could not be happier with them, My boy had a very bad infection in his tooth and after 2 days of antibiotics he was still in severe pain I called and they took him right in

$925 for a 15 minute procedure and they told me to go elsewhere to get a cap put on! Ripped off big time! No wonder people go down south for dental work!
