We use to come here a lot so I kept returning thinking I just caught them on a bad day but enough is enough. Spending money on cakes, pastries and bread that I end up throwing out is just stupid. Its too bad this place is under such poor management.and has gone down hill as much as it has.

Place is filthy and the employees are rude. Why is it ok for the guy behind the counter to check his phone while I'm trying to decide on my order? There was a roach at the bottom of the stairs, which look like they haven't been swept in months. The only bathrooms are upstairs and they were out of toilet paper. Their lunch is way overpriced. The chicken salad is runny and salty. The Caesar salad is just lettuce and dressing. The owners are rude and have no sense of customer service. One woman grunted, rolled her eyes when putting down her bags to wait on me, saying she needed to get upstairs lol Took home a palmier and bread. The palmier was stale and the bread had a huge hole in it. Was not happy I paid $5 for crust! I don't think they clean the place since the dust and dirty windows are quite apparent.
