Was overcharged by Fresh Dental by $500 in September 2024. For 2 months they have given excuses for why my refund has been delayed. I had to file a complaint with the NC Department of Justice in order for Fresh Dental to process my refund. For other patients that are due patient refunds from Fresh Dental, please be advised that you can file a complaint with the NC Department of Justice online at ncdoj.com or by calling 919-716-6000 for assistance.

Went here twice and both times the workers in the back were unprofessional and rude. Don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Very expensive and painful experience. Staff were nice enough for an emergency appointment and first visit.
My 8yr old daughter and I were verbally assaulted by Richard Dunning. He is part owner of this company and has a reputation of verbally assaulting people. With no repercussions for his aggression towards patients. He flaunts his history with the Navy but is a disgrace and obviously has no morals or ethics. There were 2 women who work for Fresh Dental, Jenny and Jessica in the room with us, they were very kind to us and apologetic on his behalf. They witnessed his outburst and were equally mortified. Do not waste your time or money at this dental office. I went back and forth with them for a year regarding filing a medical insurance claim for wisdom tooth extraction, and FINALLY got them to file the claim 11 months after the initial date of service. At this point, they had waited too long and decided that they would send me the bill for the balance. They also have yet to respond to my formal complaint with the BBB.

ZERO STARS—My daughter came from college for a checkup and routine cleaning, all of which was covered by insurance. They informed her that she needed hundreds of dollars of special treatments. I told them that we just needed a cleaning now and I would look into the other and schedule at a later time. They refused to clean her teeth because I would not commit to the others stating it would not help. Since when is a routine teeth cleaning not beneficial?
