Experience with the doctor was like being confronted by a 'high pressure' salesperson....when you make it obvious you don't want what they are selling, they persist by telling you that you really do need what they are selling. After receiving thorough exam, x-rays, and pictures, just wanted a good cleaning. They were pushing a three-session deep cleaning below the gums and requiring anesthesia costing $1600, WAY over and above what our insurance would cover....a large out-of-pocket expense. I have a friend who has waited over 9 months for her permanent dentures using this establishment. Absolutely rediculous in my opinion. She hasn't been able to chew anything in 9 months. Total amount for services were taken at the time this process was completed. I DO NOT agree with full payment up front when all service wasn't completed at that time. What she has gone through during this time, I would not recommend fresh dental services.

The staff was very friendly and helpful but I feel like to much emphasis was put on trying to talk me into getting invisalign. I was even told that if I didn't get them my teeth that are crooked(moderately) were going to decay and fall out. I'm 38 years old and I feel like if that were the case it would have happened already. While the staff and dentist were all friendly I had 3 people talk to me about invisalign and tell me the same story.
