I'm a year and a half out from my hip resurfacing performed by Dr Boettner, and the entire experience was basically flawless. My new hip is strongest, most reliable, and pain free joint in my entire old man body.
My second knee replacement and Dr Bottener and HSS makes the decision of getting better worth the process.

Dr. Boettner was very professional. I had a TKR approximately two years ago and have not had any problems with it since. After speaking to some of my colleagues, friends and family members who have had the same surgery, Dr. Boettner was the only one who sent me home with a passive knee flexion machine that I used every day for almost two months, two hours per day. Dr Boettner is the best!! Meticulous in his care, managed my expectations, helped me thru the entire process and replaced my arthritic knee beyond my expectations. Highly recommend him. Be sure to follow his instructions and you should get similar results.
Very happy to have found Doctor Boettner! He is a great surgeon and a great guy. He replaced my right knee in 2021 and this February replaced the left side. Dr. Boettner oies not beat around the bush...which I love! I was up and walking that day after my surgery!!! It's only been 5 weeks , but I think my life will begin again!!! Thank you is just not enough!!!
