2016 Accent The biggest complaint I have is that the vehicle did not come with a spare tire, (this seems to be a option) I was not aware of this until after the purchase. Though the dealer did meet me halfway (me paying for half the purchase price) on the purchase of a spare, jack, etc. If I would have known that there was no spare up front, I would have made this part of the deal. I LOVE HYUNDAI OF BECKLEY This dealership has really exceeded all of my expectations as far as the selling, demonstrating and information given about the vehicle. Satisfied but could improve I was satisfied with my purchase but had a few complaints. No one explained equipment. I was not ask if I wanted the extra insurance it was automatically added to my loan. The sales manager was a little deceptive about my payments and the final cost. I had ask not to run my credit until I knew the final numbers. So after being told one thing I said it would be OK to run credit and final cost was different.
