Great Hyundai Service Buying a vehicle is never really an enjoyable experience however Hyundai of Beckley got as close to enjoyable as I suppose a car dealership can get.
I guess We are happy with our vehicle. The dealership had to go to Charleston to pick up the vehicle that fit our needs so that was nice of them. Wish financial side would've explained things better on couple areas but I didn't catch it until deal was done. but overall it was good experience. Salesman was great!!!!!!!!!!

A pleasant shopping experience Chasity turned what is usually, at least for me, a stressful experience into a very pleasant one. She was fully familiar with every feature of the new car and answered every question I had. She was very professional and enthusiastic. Management needs to do whatever is necessary to keep her.

A happy place This dealership is a friendly place to go to. Employees are friendly, offer coffee and a snack. They all seem to know anything you ask and if they don't they ask someone who does and don't leave you in the dark. I will continue to have my service work done there.
