Had a breakdown on 77 and fortunate to connect with Hometown Subaru. Fix required a new rebuilt engine, and 15000 miles later, the quality of their work (at a fair price) is holding up very well (now in Oregon!). '09 Foresters can be maintenance intensive and I'm gradually coming back to liking them with the new(ish) engine from Hometowns efforts...
Would like to say that Hometown Subaru is a wonderful place to buy a new vehicle. The customer service is outstanding (this group of individuals go above and beyond to take care of you). Before you leave the lot with your new car they make sure that your needs and any questions or concerns are tooken care of. Would also like to say that the remote starter is awesome.
