I don't normally do reviews because I don't like to be a public person, but sometimes you just have to. Some of the most kind, helpful, honest people you'll meet that won't try to take advantage of you. When they say family, they mean it. I am a resident of both Miami, FL and Beech Mtn., NC and needed service on my Volvo SUV while in the mountains. I called Friendship Volvo in Bristol, TN (the closest to Beech Mtn.) and was promptly given an appointment by the very friendly and informative Travis.
