General manager denies that my GPS has a problem even after they have tried for over 5 months to fix it. When I spoke to the GM on the phone he hung up on me so I went down to the dealership in person to show him the problem. Even after showing him in person he says the car is working correctly. My GPS & Hey Google have been down for over 5 months. They can't fix it. I have a new 2022 XC60. i ordered parts for a volvo that came to my shop, unfortunately i recieved the wrong motor mount for the vehicle i was putting a motor in which is not that bad of a situation with most dealerships ive dealt with over the years usually just swap it out or get a refund. the manager in the parts department was a bad example of management the way the situation was handled had me ready to pay bond. they wanted to charge me 20 percent restock fee for giving me the wrong part and then told me a check would be sent in 14 days, i ... read more
