Update to yesterday’s review: management was thorough in the investigation of the matter and the prayer for positive resolution did not return void. The issue was corrected in a timely and professional manner. I do hope that the person responsible learns a valuable lesson in attention to detail. we’re all human and make mistakes... but in situations where our mishaps affect numerous others, it’s important to be as attentive as possible. I switched to Frontier several months ago and we have been very happy with the service. No issues whatsoever. We use on average, 2000 kwh so after comparing rates, Frontier was the most affordable for customers with that level of usage.
The experience was great. The representative that assisted me was Franky. He took the time to answer my questions and explained in detail the plans. He put me at ease knowing I was getting a great rate and plan from a great company. He even took a little time to talk to me about internet providers. I know he had a job there to do, but for me it's the time he gave me that ultimately sold me.
Frankie did an awesome job of explaining the plan. Very professional.
