Sheila Thompson (sp) was amazing. I called to find the best rate and she walked me through step by step with detailed explanation of all fees. No one has ever been that helpful and pleasant in all of my years with electricity providers. She didn't pressure me to sign up immediately and gave me her direct line to call back after speaking to my husband. I found this to make me even want to work more with her/Frontier.
