I called twice to Frontier Utilities, and the representatives (both times) were very concerned with my necesities and my understanding of the different plans they offer. They cleared out all my doubts and made it easy for me to understand all the charges that will come in my bill. I chose the Easy Bill 12, since I only consume an average of 1,200 kWh a month. I'm going to pay much less now than with my current energy provider. Thank you, Frontier!

Jennifer was direct and to the point with all of my questions. It seems too good to be true to have a fixed monthly rate when staying in the 2,000 kWh, but she assured me that all would be well. I look forward to the next year with Frontier Utilities!
