I was just told that I had to wait if I wanted to use my insurance for rapid Covid testing, that they couldn’t put my name on a list nor could they tel me how long it would be...BUT if I paid with a cash or card that they could test me right away. Good job fulfilling your oaths.

Fantastic service! We needed to get COVID tested for travel and we received quick, competent testing. Thank you to the outstanding, helpful staff!

I was denied covid testing with the excuse that "The CDC changed guidelines and insurance will not pay for testing if no symptoms are present". I called my insurance and they stated the exact opposite, providing me with a proper billing code for them. After explaining exposure as well as being a healthcare worker I was still told "No, I'm sorry however, you can self play for $200". I would not recommend this location whatsoever!

Had a very bad experience after being referred by my neurologist for migraines. Treated like a drug seeker and told by the nurse, I think her name was Candy that I would not be receiving narcotics this time. That occurred probably 5 minutes after being taken into the room. She then began to pull medications and wanted to give them to me before even being seen by the doctor. I told her I wanted to be evaluated by the doctor first. The doctor came and didn’t even do a Neuro assessment even though I had head pain, dizziness, bl... read more

Business response:

Ms. Heeney, I am sorry you feel you had a bad experience at our ER. We have maintained a five-star rating because we do not treat Migraine patients as drug seekers. Our ER Physicians work closely with the Neurologists and have a pre-determined protocol for treatment that does not include narcotics. We see many of your Neurologists patients. For first time patients, we will explain the protocol and let them know that it does not include the use of narcotics. I am sorry you had the impression that our physician did not provide... read more

I was billed over $1600 for bringing my child in for a cold and ear infection. $415 of that was for a separate physician’s bill with the office visit alone costing $1019. See the attached photos. Most importantly NO charges were discussed with me upfront in what was very clearly a non-emergency situation. A minor cold has now cost my family almost $2,000. The doctors were kind, but please avoid this business and it’s unethical billing practices.

A doctor here tried to DESTROY MY LIFE! Do NOT go here! I went into this facility with intense pain and swelling to my ears, lips and ankles. I was loosing my hair. My skin was also very brittle and peeling off with the slightest touch. I had recently been diagnosed with Scabies from my Internal Medicine Doctor and my boyfriend was diagnosed with the same by his Dermatologist. Both of which I told the doctor here, but I was unable to get last minute appointments with either of them. Instead of treating the mites or helpi... read more
