Get directionsWorst emergency room I’ve ever went to. Their front desk staff is rude and unwelcoming. I wouldn’t not recommend.
DO NOT GET YOUR COVID TEST HERE. I was told that they do not take insurance and because I was in a bind I had to "self pay". They told me that my insurance would only be taken if I was experiencing symptoms, of which I wasn't. I called my insurance carrier and they gave me a form to fill out because they said they would absolutely reimburse me for the $200 test. My insurance company asked me to get the Tax ID number from Frontline and Frontline would not provide this to me. The person on the phone kept saying "you signed a f... read more

FRONTLINE ER Dallas Ms. Lara-Basulto, You are incorrect. I believe your insurance company's representative Brenda at 972-744-2486 stated that your Cigna policy did not cover Covid testing at our facility and she would recommend a facility that did cover covid testing under your policy. I am uncertain how this is our fault. Many of the major insurances are paying the in-network rate and we accept it.
The rudest staff! Kicked us out of line for a typo on the date and said because if that mistake we could not be tested today. She was smug and very condescending. I will tell everyone I know about how unbelievably rude they are to patients that are sick!!!!
My seven year old daughter and I were exposed to Covid on 12/22 by my soon to be step daughter who I brought to be tested here. We were told to wait 5 days. Today is 12/27 and we showed up and waited in line to be tested. The woman who took our initial forms told me we could not get tested, I pointed out we waited five days and she pointed out that I had accidentally written 10/22 not 12/22. Oops! She then refused to give me new forms or to correct the ones I had messed up on... she said this would be turned in to insu... read more
Frontlines website is misleading and deceptive regarding the information provided for their walk-in/drive up rapid COVID 19 testing. Be aware that you must arrive after 7am if you plan to pay/file with insurance. Additionally, as soon as they reach their daily insurance quota (this number was not shared with me) payment has to be at the self pay price of $200.00.

I came here three times today for a covid test and serious symptoms. Each time they told me they were too busy to take my insurance but would gladly accept cash. I saw them turn away many other people for this reason also. Whatever scam they are running is probably illegal and certainly unethical. What a shameful way to treat people in need of medical care.
Don’t go here for COVID testing. It’s a scam — they only treat patients who are willing to pay the $200 out of pocket expense and won’t test those with insurance. Deplorable behavior during a pandemic. Just don’t go.
Business response:
We are sorry your perception is that we are "scamming", but this is just not true. We are dealing with the Pandemic just as much as individuals.
Was denied a rapid covid test when trying to use insurance because they had other ER patients but would accept me if I would pay a $200 self-pay charge. Steer clear, taking advantage of people during a pandemic.
Business response:
We are not taking advantage of people during a pandemic. There are few places to go in our area for Covid-19 testing. As an Emergency Room, we opted to serve this population during the pandemic. We serve 75-100 people per day using their insurance, but unfortunately, are not able to accommodate the volume of patients requesting tests. If you want to use insurance there are qualifications, to ensure your claim is covered, such as Exposure and Symptoms as defined by the CDC.
