RecommendedMy wife and I were only in the area a week to secure our home in Soddy. Melanie was flexible to come out that week and did a fantastic job. She spotted so much that would have cost us a lot down the road. From flashing missing from roofing to a crack in the concrete, to code violations. She knows her stuff and is very thorough. I am not entirely clear why anyone would give her less than outstanding for a review. We definitely had a great experience and would highly recommend her to anyone needing an inspection.
