About this business
They missed major safety issues. Our furnace was so old it leaked CO when it was turned on and we had to evacuate and call the fire department. There was also a drain from the laundry room that was cracked wide open and flooded our basement. When we called to ask them about these things they basically said, "read the contract, you can't touch me, bye"

Your home is an 84 year old crawl space home that was vacant at the time of inspection. 1 star (or less) It feels like most people who buy a house are only ever going to get a single inspection done, so they won’t know if it’s better or worse than others. Therefore, a bad inspection will still appear super thorough. We had Melanie do ours, and the amount of stuff we’ve noticed over the last 9 months is insane. A ton of outlets don’t work at all. I hate to do this, but never EVER use Melanie Moore owner of "Full Disclosure Home Inspection," as a home inspector in Chattanooga. I've spent over $25,000 in repairs over the first year because she missed things a half blind old man noticed within 2 seconds of walking in my house. She missed all the outdated rusted plumbing and knob and tube electrical.
