I have been using Futuramic both in my labs and at home for over 30 years, and have had fabulous service and highly recommend them. I like local if I can get it, and they are an Omaha based company. I use a water softener and a reverse osmosis system at home with great results. We use the RO system for all water for cooking and drinking. My ice maker uses RO water too!
Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Repaired my 30 year old soft water tank and didn’t try to sell me a new one. I was very impressed with his honesty. It’s hard to find a honest business these days. But Futuramic’s is a very honest business. If I ever need a new soft water tank I will purchase one from them.
