RecommendedThey send yearly notification when our system is due for yearly maintenance. They schedule their appointments at a time when convenient for us. We live in the country and knowing we have the reverse osmosis system and water softener efficiently working gives me great peace of mind. Their representative was extremely nice and friendly, worked efficiently yet very timely, and I hope he comes again next year! Highly recommend
