Everyone at Futuramic's is AWESOME! Rick was very knowledgeable when I first called while shopping around. He answered all my questions on multiple occasions. The install guys were quick and thorough. They were there on moving day and had us up and running right away! Then, when we recently had our system malfunction due to flooding, Nate was out to check things within a few days of me calling and a week later, we're back to normal again. Installation was quick and cleanly done. Usually I have to clean up after a service person and completed the job. The Evolve works quietly and keeps the water soft. It doesn't seem to use as much salt as my previous softener that finally died. I'm glad I chose Futuramic as my new provider.

I have used this company for 13 yrs and have NEVER been disappointed about the service and how fast they deliver the salt I need. Once a year we have a through check of our water system and soft water heater---Then employees that come are always nice and polite--they even put covers over their shoes so not to track in the house!!!!
