"Service advisors were able to schedule svc appt promptly" My appt was for a CVT tranny fluid replacement. Upon technician's inspection, a leak was detected on the pan. Sooo now, it needed replacement under Nissan's warranty. Edgar made all the arrangements for a ride home, since the part was not available in stock. Next day repairs were made as approved by Nissan. The actual service to the tranny is still pending for a future date. The problem was handled satisfactorily as expected.

"New transmission, control arms, battery and oil change" Everyone is really helpful. The service advisor, Jeff made a terrible situation (needing all the above repairs) into a very pleasant experience, which is hard to do with all the repairs I needed. He was very helpful and very informative. The best service I have ever had on getting repairs.
