"I have been treated very well in the Service Department..." I have been treated very well in the Service Department at Future Nissan of Folsom. I visited another dealer’s service center and no one greeted me. I saw one man behind a desk, but couldn’t get his attention, so I left. Even if Future Nissan of Folsom Service Center is closed, the salesmen are nice and help me out. Serviceman Jeff Lesicnjak was polite and honest with me regarding my car’s needs.
"Excellent service at Folsom Nissan" I made an appointment on line which was easy and convenient. I was met at my car by service advisor Chris who is helpful, polite and very business like. The waiting room was spotless as was the bathroom and there was plenty of room to socially distance. It is the service at Nissan that convinced me to buy my second Nissan and I don't think I will ever buy another car! Excellent, Excellent service every time! Lori

"Only for warranty work, not "Suggested maintenance" " Warranty was work was fine and better than most for a bad CVT trans. replacement on a 2014 Sentra. Nissan stepped up on these if your car is under 84k you are most likely covered. But after that we received a list of over 2k repairs that don't seem valid and we had another shop confirm that. The service advisor or the tech is trying to hard to sell things that don't pass the smell test.
