Our vehicle from other location had us with only one key. We had to wait till sales person next workday, for him to pick up?? Waiting 2days and our trade in had a full tank of gas. I asked for gas allowance to pick up key. Not an option. I asked for key delivery with no reply. I called Steven to assist with my request. Otherwise I love my MKZ🙋🏻♀️
