Unfortunately, i can see the disparity of the service received because i was there Saturday for my other car to be serviced. The experience from the Saturday service was hassle free, i was informed on every steps of the way and the service advisor was awesome! Our Monday-Wednesday experience was below par compared to the usual services we received. [ We have 3 nissan cars]
