Our experience with Future Nissan of Roseville was excellent. Our sales representative, Dustin La Maintain was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on every question we had for him regarding this different cars we considered. Our test drive was wonderful, being they let us test drive the cars without a sales person in the vehicle, it made the experience much more comfortable. I couldn't believe how hassle-free and positive my experience was. From the moment I walked on the lot to the moment I left, everyone did a phenomenal job of making me feel comfortable with my decision to buy a Nissan especially from Future Nissan. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and helpful. I walked out feeling great about my purchase. The follow-up phone call I got really confirmed what great people they have working at Future Nissan.
I had an excellent experience with Future Nissan of Roseville. Lin and Adam were professional and wanted to make sure I was given the best deal possible. I had a excellent experience as well with the person who processed the paperwork assisting me in getting better financing.
I returned to the dealer with my wife after visiting two days earlier. I did not have an appointment but Dustin Leroy remembered me and gave us great service. H inquired about car interest and what other vehicles we had looked at. I made several recommendations and provide feed back on some of the models we had looked at. We ended buying a used Nissan Pathfinder and were very satisfied with the whole process.
