When I left home I was tired and just decided to go to Nissan due to a Sacto Bee ad. I had made telephone contact with Thang on the phone and asked for him when I arrived. He was very courteous and seemed to know the product he was representing. He also followed up after the sale with a phone contact. Thang did a great job and made the whole process go much easier than usual. If he keeps this up he has a great future in front of him Jerry
Went in to buy a car not looking forward to dealing with the sales people. Had a wonderful experience. They were both friendly and very helpful. Both very knowledgeable of their product. Not trying to be pushy with just one vehicle trying to find something we were comfortable in both physically and financially.
This is by far the best dealership I have been to and I have been to many in the past month trying to find a car. This was made possible because of the friendliness and time that the salesmen spent with me to meet my needs. I first talked to Bill Zupo and went on a test drive with him. Future Nissan of Roseville was wonderful when we purchased our new Altima. Jeremy Drebin was friendly and let us try out and take home vehicles that we were considering to see if they would fit in our garage. He even produced the Ford next door so we could compare the 2 vehicles side-by-side. We were happy that there was no pressure, and the knowledge he had was first hand. Fadi was the most hard working salesman I have ever met. Great customer service. He should get a raise for sure. Adam as well was a great help. Fadi did everything right in a non-pushy way to get us the car we wanted. We ended up buying a 2009 Infiniti G37 for a great price. The Extended warranty guy was very rude and we almost walked out at the end of the deal but Adam and Fadi made everything right and we purchased the car. Great Experience. When we purchase another car, we will be going back to Future Nissan and work with the salesman, Wael Ibrahim. Wael is very knowledgeable about the car he sold us. We told Wael what our budget by texting. Then he neogitated the price with the finance guys so we didn't have to sit at the dealrship for hours. Wael got us the exact price we said we could afford for this car. Furthermore, Wael drove the car to my home and we signed the documents in the comfort of our home. How great is that!!!
Overall, I was satisfied with the service provided. Sales Consultant, Sean Broadnax, was very helpful in getting my questions answered and in providing excellent customer service.
I had a wonderful experience with Future Nissan and am very happy with my recent purchase. I wasn't pressured in any way, and the staff went over and above to find me the car I was looking for.
