The Robert Krupp was genuine and honest in helping me find my Nissan Juke in what I wanted; sun moon roof, cd player with navigation controls that can also link up to my phone when their was a call or text message. Back up cameras that allow me to see obstruction in my path and xm radio. He not only helped me find the perfect car but also helped me back home and making sure all my possessions were transferred over to my new vehicle. We drove into the customer parking. We were greeted by Roy Prasad. A smile we took home along with our new car. We came to future Nissan to look at a used car.. Roy educated us on the new Nissan Sentra.. He was able to give us all the information needed to make a solid decision. We bought our new 2016 Sentra . We felt like family at future Nissan because of Roy and the staff who offered water without us asking. The best service I've ever have experienced

My wife and I traveled down to Roseville from Redding and really did not know what to expect. We stopped first at the Toyota dealership and did not find the vehicle we were looking for. On a hunch we stopped at Future Nissan and they had exactly what we were in the market for. My wife and I both thought that the whole experience was amazing. The salesman we worked with was a "no pressure" salesman. He was extremely nice and very personable. Also, finance was great service as well. Thanks Future Nissan of Roseville!

My daughter-in-law took her Civic to Folsom Lake Honda in the Folsom Auto Mall to be diagnosed. It's an older Honda with a salvage title, so it's value was severely diminished. With a repair bill of over $1,500 - it didn't make sense to invest that but rather just trade it in on a newer vehicle. The service writer encouraged us to check out their VIP program to trade it in … as a service customer - they'd treat us really well. NOT! They offered $147 trade in on her car, which was ridiculous.
