Robert Krupp was very helpful finding us the exact car with the features we wanted. Robert also was extremely helpful explaining how everything works on the car and being available and responsive for questions (5 stars for Robert). Johnny was a very friendly finance person. Would have given five stars overall except the sales manager would not accept the original price we agreed to and increased the price by $800 during the "close" --- same old tricks.

My sales clerk, Danny MacInturf(?), was EXCELLENT! His honesty, speed, and ability to "cut to the chase," was well-apprieciated. He didn't try to put us into something we neither wanted or needed. He is well worth his weight in commissions, etc and the dealership is lucky to have him. A true rarity.

I had a wonderful experience with Future Nissan of Roseville. Robert and the finance department beat my Carmax quote/deal. I was VERY satisfied. They took great care of me from start to finish.

We all hear the stories of being pressured by the dealer to get the deal of our lives, but in my experience, I got to walk into the deal of a lifetime with no added pressure! I appreciate Sean's informative and straight to the point pitch. I went for a test drive, but ended up buying! Thank you, Sean!

Hector Murillo called to see If we were happy with our auto. I said I was looking for a new model If he had a red one with easier steering than the one I have. He said I will call you back the next day which he did. He asked If he could bring the auto to my house to look at it. He brought it over, had a cup of coffee with me. We talked about price and trade. Later we agreed to the purchase. No pressure just an offer.

I had a great experience with Future Nissan of Roseville. The salesman, Dominic and the sales manager Adrian were very helpful in getting the car I wanted. After going to several dealerships in the area and shopping around for countless hours, I choose to go with Future Nissan. Their customer service was great and their honesty is what made my car buying decision for my Altima easy.

The best customer service, I would recommend this place to anyone. This was my first time purchasing a brand new car & I must say I was a little scared. These guys made me feel right at home took the time to show me all my options answerd all my questions. I bought a 2015 Nissan Xterra I'm so happy with my purchase!! So if you are looking for a new car I highly recommend them! ? Edgar & Dustin are the best.

It was pleasant working with Scott Johnson. We topped it off with the comedian, Dustin. We needed to reduce our number of cars from three to two, so we sold our Toyota truck and Prius.

I came in need of a car. I was recommended to Jeremy Felker, which was a very nice and showed attentive when it came to what i was looking for. I walked away with a car that i loved and the best part of this is four days later the Johnny from finacing called me and told me that they were able to get my payments, apr, and in which saved me on having to pay it longer than what i had too!
