I forgot about the service representative Gene, we're new servicing the Freightliner chassis but, he informed us on the preventive maintenance that needed attention also, he came out to introduce himself in person, that shows how serious they are about their relationship with customers. Also Gene has a great sense of humor!

Everyone is great to work with at the Zanesville location. There is a great staff of personnel there from sales, parts, and service! They do a great job of taking care of the Zanesville Ryder shop!
