Dr Say and Nurses are caring, compassionate, listen to what you have to say, one call away, return calls in a timely matter.
Very Professional but compassionate. He spends time with his patients and listens before speaking. Wait times in the waiting room and exam room is usually minimal. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
Nurses are courteous and friendly. Very little waiting for dr to come in. Reviews all info and past history. Answers questions quickly and in any detail needed. Very friendly and efficient
Went to Dr Say for sore throat and congestion when I could not get in with my regular pcp. Very impressed! Thorough exam and did not prescribe meds that weren’t needed.
