Gabby is wonderful, simply wonderful. We used her for the second time when we needed to sell a home. She understands that buying and selling a home can potentially be very complex, and also very personal, and she makes her clients feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. I put my condo on the market in a rather tumultuous time in my life. From the time I met Gabby to the close of escrow she was nothing short of amazing. She was in constant contact with me and kept me updated as to every step of the way. I ended up selling for well above listing price in an extremely short amount of time while being able to tend to my own personal matters. If you are looking in the South Bay area, you won't find a better realtor than Gabrielle Herendeen. If I could give her 6 stars, I would. Being new to the California real estate market, I was naive about how competitive other buyers were and how quickly good properties moved.
