Gabby was our agent for the sale of our home in Redondo Beach. She did an amazing job and was so positive even though we had to get through two offers before getting to the one that stuck and went all the way through to completed sale. Her knowledge of the area and process was unmatched. This was especially helpful since part way through the process we both relocated out of state but we never missed a beat due to Gabby using docu sign.

Gabby is a fantastic real estate agent. She has a really good understanding of the areas in the South Bay and is honest in everything she does. She will give you her honest opinions even at the expense of losing a deal. Her dedication to assisting her clients in their best interest is amazing and hard to find in today's cut throat world. I definitely recommend her if you are considering an agent to help you find your next home or sell your current home.

I highly recommend Gabby. She delivered what she promised. I live in the Bay Area. I owned a 2B/2B condo rental in West LA from 1990 to June 2011. I sold my condo through the help of Gabby. Being an out of town landlord, I relied on property management company's service. In the past 20 years, I found good ones were hard to have. UPDATE - 12/2017. I went with Gabby again to buy my second home, and believe it or not my experience working with her was even better the second time around. Six years later, she works harder than ever and is still an absolute pleasure to work with. Everything I said below still holds true (even more so now in my opinion). Gabby is simply the only agent I will ever work with again. She took a couple of extremely nervous first time buyers and held our hands every step of the way. She is incredibly knowledgeable about both the South Bay area and the real estate process. She was diligent with every bit of paperwork involved and responded to every question very quickly. I have recommended her to every friend I have. In a word, she is remarkable. There's a reason why she is consistently named the top seller.

Gabby helped us sell our home and buy another one concurrently, and she handled both transactions seamlessly. She was incredible at keeping everything running smoothly on both ends and kept us up to date daily on everything going on. We were thrilled with the results she brought to us - we sold our home for a great price in this tough market, and bought the new one and everything closed exactly on time. I recommend her highly.

Gabby is a wonderful, hardworking, and extremely professional real estate agent. She is great at communication, and will keep you up to date via e-mail, text, or phone calls, depending on what you prefer.
