Mildred is the absolute best agent if worked with in the country, and I’ve lived in 5 different large cities across the states. Marija is a wonderful broker. She was so patient with us. She stuck with us, helping us put in three bids on different locations and the third one was accepted. She had a great relationship with the seller's brokers so that we only had to put in one bid versus a lot of back and forth negotiating. We also had a very tight timeframe to close. She helped get the inspectors in right away and was there for the inspection as well.
