My Car was supposed to be ready last week. Lost weekend work due to the lack of business communication and professionalism. After 6 hours of being on the phone, I was told by Victor Morales, my car would be ready today (Wednesday), at 9am.... a week later after the 1st Promise. As I am driving in I get a call at 845am and told my car isn't ready and won't be ready till 11/12pm. I am now going on sitting here for 3 hours and still nothing. Pathetic.
Horrible servicio al cliente. Son sin vergüenzas y mentirosos. Sólo te atienden bien cuando quieren que agarres el automóvil. Venden automóviles con problemas mecánicos. Pero aun sabiendo que el automóvil tiene problemas mecánicos se los dan a sus clientes. Ganas Auto es una estafa. No pierda su tiempo y dinero. NO TIENE ÉTICA PROFESSIONAL. NO TIENE COMUNICACIÓN ENTRE LOS DEPARTAMENTOS, NO TIENE COMUNICACIÓN ENTRE VENDEDORES Y GERENTES. NO SON JUSTO Y MUCHO MENOS HONESTO.
