Terrible service do not recommend. Waited for over four hours just to get an oil change. Seems like they don't want to do their job. I see most of them walk around on their phones laughing. It does not take four hours to do a damn oil change. I wish I can give this place zero stars. Also steal from your car.

I purchased a car from Ganas on December 2 and seven days later the check engine light came on. I was told I had to get the car to El Monte to their service center. I went to the service center and I had to wait over 4 hours just to get my car looked at on the diagnostic machine and I was the first customer there. After 4 hours of waiting I was finally told that I needed gasket covers. Then I was told I would receive a phone call when the part arrived. This place is a scam beware same review different buyer.... This place don't give one about you .... Sold me a 2017 passat 90k miles originally the paper work had said 82k false paper work. Transmission broke down 90 days later got my car off the freeway car broke down again another 2 weeks car returned and never been the same ... Don't buy your next vehicle from Ganas Auto - Tricolor Auto are the owners and are located in Texas. - They are thieves and very dishonest people. They will sell you a Lemon car, and they will steal your money. They are very treacherous and very unprofessional rude people.

i just had my car two weeks ago and already having issues came here and they sat there and lied to my face saying they fixed everything when I am a mechanic myself I was just lazy to fix it and now they ruined it more by touching it again if I can give this play 0 stars I would

I went there for service after buying a car from There other locations I had to wait for hours and the problem still exists they changed my rotars and breaks and failed to look at that it was a wheel bearing very upset be careful and make sure you check everything you will be taking a risk
