Updated. Jeffrey Alford was my final project manager. He is very kind, knowledgeable and diligent. He answered all of my questions, followed up with all concerns and even drove over on the weekend to help the crew by bringing extra supplies. He stopped by the job site everyday. After the job was completed, he used the metal magnet to pickup additional nails and helped remove the extra huge tarp that covered the pool. Garcia did our roof, and we were pleased with the results. After Hurricane Ida there was much destruction in our area, so we knew we would have to be patient, allowing for more serious cases to get urgent attention. That was not a problem, but when an earlier contracting company was not able to communicate with us during a 2 month + waiting period, we were unsure if we could have the job completed before hurricane season.
