The entire process was great. From the sales Rep Jason to the Project Mgr David everything was flawless and as expected. They arrived as advertised and performed great work. Clean up was performed each day and at end of the job. Would definitely use them again.

Very responsive, great communication. Someone came out to see what we needed done. I quickly had a couple of quotes for options. I paid and had someone scheduled promptly. Kerrick came out and installed the gutters in a couple of hours. They look great, function great, and were affordable. Definitely recommended! Thank you!

It went fantastic! Every aspect of dealing with this issue was quick and easy. We have already contacted Garcia to get a quote, had someone out to give me a quote, signed everything, paid a deposit, and had installers come out and complete the work. I contacted Window World (who had originally done the fascia and soffits) 5 weeks before contacting Garcia, and I'm still waiting for them to send someone out to assess the damage. Highly recommended.

With regard to the estimate, I liked that Cody, the Garcia Sales Rep. came prepared with the necessary data (satellite imagery provided square footage) to provide an estimate on the spot. With regard to scheduling, Garcia worked with me to schedule a mutually agreeable date. Unfortunately, they had to cancel the first date because, I was told, a subcontractor quit. The team at Garcia did a great job replacing my roof after Hurricane Ida. The communication was excellent from the very beginning. We were the first house on our street to get tarps and this meant a lot to me because we had some major leaks. They started the job within a week after my insurance approved the final estimate. It went very well. They worked until the daylight was gone. the job was finished in 2 days and it looks great! The workers were courteous and friendly. Eric, the project manager went over everything with me and let me know if there were any additional problems. From the first call to Garcia I was impressed. They were friendly, honest and professional. It took awhile for them to repair my roof but that was explained at my initial meeting. Because of unexpected wood rot in my fascia, my job was delayed. But we kept in touch so I didn’t stress. Then hurricane Ida happened. I sustained some roof, Sheetrock and water damage. Everything was done in a very professional and timely manner! Great workmanship and a great crew that did the work. Scheduling was sooner than we expected; there was al lot of damage in our area due to Hurricane Ida. Great company!
