Sorry for the delay in response. I spoke with a young man by the name of Edgar. Very professional, courteous, friendly and listened to my non-mechanic dialect. Mr. Edgar went through all the details and possible phases of my car issues. Appreciated the UBER ride back home. Thank goodness it only took a couple of hours for repairs.
