Service takes a long time. No loner car offered when service takes long time. Old parts not returned.
Daniel was a real good customer service he took care of me. He explained everything that needed to be done to the truck prior to the oil change and I told him I would get back to him on the other things that needed to be taken care add a later time, he was kind and very professional.
Everyone is always so ourteous and eager to try and please the customer needs if they can.
Christopher was very professional and went above and beyond to be accommodating.. Our experience was very positive.
