The wait was excruciatingly long. I was freezing in the waiting room. They did discount my service for the long wait though. Staff is very nice. I suggest people block out half of their day and find something to do while waiting & bring a blanket.

Muhammed and Daniel excellent customer service. When we came here we were on the red light zone but they both brought us to the green light zone.

I had a paint issue with my 2023 Titan pro 4X. The dealership closest to my home kept dropping the ball about the issue. I went to Gardena Nissan spoke to Christopher while the truck was getting an oil change he took a couple of pictures and got ahold of the correct people at Nissan and the problem is now resolved. I currently own three vehicle's and two of them are made by Nissan the other being a 2024 Rouge. From now on when the Titan or Rogue need any service or repairs Chris and Gardena Nissan are my go to dealer.
