Angel Santiago was excellent. Very efficient. No over-selling, no pressure. He was patient with multiple test drives, and he knew his stuff. We got a price we were happy with, without the dealers using any sneaky underhanded tactics. The process was also much faster than last time I bought a car at anohter dealer. Highly recommended.
Carlos was a great service representative. He provided me with an uber ride to and from the dealership, which really helped me out.
Went in around 9:30 am for an oil change that took 4 hours. I'm used to service taking a while but I think if I hadn't asked on the status of my car then I would have stayed there even longer.
