I was there at service center for 3 and a half hours. .Not a problem for not making an appointment.I was frustrated by the fact that I seen my car but no one called me the fact it was done... But was frustrating to me that the inside driver side floor side panel was dirty then usual...I'm not making a big thing bout it...But treat the customer vehicle if it was there's..
