Did not have appointments. Took me right in.. waiting for service representative to tell me about my car
They always take great care of my car. The power went out throughout Gardena so, it took longer for them to service my car. However, they did great.
I noticed a Foreign Object Damage (FOD). There was a deformed cap; for either engine oil or brake fluid cap, and the hood was pushed upward. The hood seemed to be bent slightly by a couple of thousands of an inch, though I would consider it negligible, though unfortunate. Z33 350Z has an aluminum bonnet, so it is softer than conventional vehicles. However, I believe for future prevention to servicing customers in general, I believe corrective action of FOD control at the shop is necessary.
Carlos at the Service Dept provided excellent service: fast and friendly. He pointed out issues that needed attention.
