This is a lovely and welcoming community. Although they were going through a renovation at the time of my visit, one could still see a warm and clean community, well maintained and nicely decorated to make the seniors feel comfortable. The community offers continued care, whenever needed, a variety of activities and events inside and out of the community to help them feel engaged and give them opportunities to socialize. The meals and dining as well as the activities gets a 0. Food sucked per my dad. His biggest complaint. However, I recommend the place. It worked out well.
This is a great facility. The facility is beautiful and festive for all of the holidays, making it such a happy place to go into. The staff is amazing specifically the director [name removed], who is an angel. We have had nothing but a positive beautiful experience there and would recommend it hands-down to anyone looking for a beautiful safe and caring place for their loved one.
5 on all categories . It's not a great experience necessarily, my mom is pretty much bed ridden and Hospice comes to visit a couple times a week. The caregivers are so nice and responsive. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we had
For the short period of time that my wife stayed there, everything was very satisfactory. The food was nourishing and tasty. The staff was kind and attentive. Her dementia decline was so rapid, that, within a few days of her initial move-in, they recommended that she be under hospice care. Those folks were wonderful. I would recommend this facility to others.
We picked this community, because of the value for the money. It's a good place and price. I have my concerns but I'd recommend it. The staff care. People feel treated well.
My Dad is very happy there. Nice attentive staff, clean, and he really likes the food.
Gardens at Escondido according to our loved one feels much more like a homey environment. The communication with the staff has been really good. The staff we have met with and gotten to know on the memory care side we like a lot and they will always call or email us with any kind of updates regarding our loved one. We are happy with the care our loved one is receiving and we would recommend them to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.
