The new location is fantastic and my son had a pleasant initial consultation. I appreciate their pro-active approach to communication. The office sent automated text replies when I called outside of business hours where I could leave my question and get a text response the next business day. All three of my daughters and myself had orthodontic services (braces and Invisalign). Dr. Garrett is an expert in his line of work. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about insurance billing and scheduling. We have lived in different cities and commute back to SLO just for our ortho appts bc I don’t trust anyone else. They are so patient with our hectic lives and schedule.
